What is a Certificate of Good Standing?
 
The Certificate of Good Standing shows the current status of a UK company. It is issued by Companies House & a company is said to be in "Good Standing" if it has filed all necessary documents & forms. They are normally valid for 3 months from the date of the certificate, after this date most authorities would request a more up-to date certificate.
